Simplex Plodder

Simplex Plodder is used for extruding various materials of soap, chemical, pharma and food industries. Two types of plodder available with us. They are Simplex and vacuum duplex plodder. Various models available as per customer specifications.in soap industry soap bar is extruded by the plodder. This machine is double jacketed for cool water circulation to avoid heating of materials during plodding. All contact parts made by stainless steel 304/316 grade as per customer specification. The machine frame is made by heavy mild steel channel to give strong and sturdy structure.
