Tablet Press
Tablet press is used for making tablets of various materials of chemical, pharma and food industries. We make rotary tablet press-“B” tooling machine-16 station only. Machine run by 2hp motor. Maximum 12mm dia x 750mg wt tablet can be made. Round and oval or any shape tablets can be made. All contact parts will also be made by SGI/stainless steel 304/316 grade as per customer specification. The machine structure is made by cast iron -20 grade to give strong and sturdy structure.
Mass Mixer
Mass mixer used for mixing the pharma and food raw materials for various application. All parts/contact parts made by s.s-304/316 as per buyer specification. Machine frame made by m.s/s.s heavy channel to give strong and sturdy structure.
Tray Drier
Tray drier used in food, pharma industries for drying various food and pharma ingredients. All parts/contact parts made by s.s-304/316. 12trays, 24trays,48trays and 96trays model available. Normal and vacuum driers available.
Double Cone Blender
